What we collect

When you create an account and submit an ad project, we store your account email, the details you enter in your brief, your chosen character and package, and your project’s payment status. Your browser also stores a draft of your unfinished brief so you can come back to it. Do not include sensitive personal information in your brief.

How we use it

We use this information to manage your account, handle your project, confirm payment status, and communicate about your video ads. We do not sell your personal information.

The services involved

Firebase provides authentication and project storage. Stripe processes payment information on its hosted checkout; we do not receive or store full card details. Vercel hosts this website. Instagram links open the character profiles and reels on Instagram, where Meta’s privacy policies apply.

Storage and your choices

Project data is retained to provide the service and maintain necessary business records. Our existing Firebase database is hosted in the United States. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your account and project information, subject to any required recordkeeping.

Cookies and analytics

We use necessary browser storage for authentication and your project draft. Optional Firebase Analytics is not activated by this website. You can remove draft data by clearing site storage in your browser settings.
